During his visit to Kazakhstan, the President of the Republic was received by his counterpart President Kassym-Jomart Tokaïev. In addition to the formal tête-à-tête between the two leaders, agreements were signed to strengthen partnerships between the two countries.

The Head of State's official visit was an opportunity to celebrate the 25th anniversary of cooperative relations between the two nations. President Denis Sassou-N'Guesso indicated that, in view of this partnership, the Congo and Kazakhstan were capable of instituting more effective synergies to optimize their economic and cultural exchanges.
