From October 26 to 28, Brazzaville welcomed numerous heads of state and government on the occasion of the second summit of the 3 basins of Borneo, Mekong, Amazon and Congo, bringing together 80% of the world's tropical forests. Southern Entente, coordination between nations, preservation and financing were discussed during this summit.
