On Monday February 5, Brazzaville hosted the meeting of the African Union (AU) High-Level Committee on Libya. The main aim of the meeting was to chart a diplomatic course leading to an inter-Libyan reconciliation conference scheduled for April 28 in Sirte, on Libyan soil.
"To resolve this crisis, we have always favored an inclusive inter-Libyan dialogue as a lever for reconciliation," declared the head of state, Denis Sassou-N'Guesso.
