During his official visit to Gabon, the President of the Republic visited the Bay of Kings (Baie des Rois), one of Libreville's most iconic urban development projects. Accompanied by the President of the Gabonese Republic, His Excellency Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, he toured this vast construction site, which reflects the Gabonese authorities' determination to modernize the capital and enhance its economic and tourism appeal.

During the visit, the President of the Republic of the Congo had the opportunity to appreciate the scale of the infrastructure currently under development, including office buildings, high-end residential complexes, commercial areas, a marina, leisure facilities, and landscaped public spaces. The Bay of Kings is set to become a new business and services hub, symbolizing a modern and sustainable approach to urban development.

Impressed by the project's progress and the remarkable transformation of Libreville's waterfront, President Denis Sassou N'Guesso praised the vision of the Gabonese authorities in promoting development based on high-quality infrastructure, the enhancement of the country's urban heritage, and the improvement of citizens' quality of life.

The visit also highlighted the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between Gabon and the Republic of the Congo. Beyond its diplomatic significance, it provided an opportunity for the two Heads of State to exchange views on the challenges of urban development, regional integration, and strategic investment, with the shared objective of fostering prosperity across Central Africa.
